                                 Board Changes


The board of Hay & Roberston Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce with
immediate effect the following changes to its board.  A further announcement in
relation to these board changes will be made shortly.


New Directors

Jos Gillebaard (38) has been appointed as an executive director and chairman of
the board.

Leman Langenberg (43) has been appointed as an executive director.

Cornelis Hellingman (47) has been appointed as an executive director.
