Inc. (HA-TSX.V) ("Company") announces the resignation of
Barrie Jung as President, Corporate
Secretary, and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jung
tendered his resignation effective January
9, 2015 after being employed in various capacities since
1985. Mr. Jung will continue to serve on the Board of
Directors of Hodgins Auctioneers Inc.
Mr Jung stated "My 30 year career in the auction industry
provided a wide range of experiences, relationships and travel that
were hugely satisfying and rewarding to me. I feel honoured to have
played a role in the auction industry during a time of significant
change. I wish also to thank all the people with whom I developed
relationships during my time in the auction industry".

Hodgins Auctioneers is pleased to announce the appointment of
David Cross as Chief Financial
Officer. Mr. Cross has a Certified General Accountant
designation, and is a partner in the firm Cross Davis Company
LLP. Cross Davis is an accounting firm that provides
accounting and management services to public Companies.
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of
Larry Buchinski as the Company's
Corporate Secretary. Mr. Buchinski is the Company's Vice
President, Industrial Sales and serves on its Board of
Directors.
Grant Hodgins, CEO of Hodgins
Auctioneers Inc. will now serve as Chief Executive Officer and
President of the Company.
