EPM Mining Ventures Inc. Announces Results of the 2014 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

EPM Mining Ventures Inc. ("EPM" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EPK)(OTCQX:EPKMF)
is pleased to announce the results of the director election for its 2014 Annual
and Special Meeting of Shareholders held in Toronto on June 23 (the "Meeting").
At the Meeting, all nominees listed in the Company's Management Information
Circular dated May 16, 2014 as candidate directors of the Company were
reelected.
