Pat Oliver has resigned from the Board of Directors of Bowood. The remaining
Board of Directors, management and staff would like to genuinely thank Mr.
Oliver for his participation on the Board and for his expertise as Chair of the
audit committee. We wish Mr. Oliver all the best in his future endeavors.
