Active Growth Capital Announces AGM and Nomination of New CFO

ACTIVE GROWTH CAPITAL INC. (TSX VENTURE:ACK) (the "Corporation") announces that
it will mail shortly the notice of meeting and information circular
(collectively, the "Circular") for its annual and special meeting of
shareholders to be held on July 30, 2014 (the "Meeting").


The Corporation is also please to announce that Ms. Nancy Ethier has agreed to
serve as CFO, which will allow Marc Labreque to act solely as President and CEO.
The nomination is subject to TSXV's approval.
