Xianburg Data Systems Announces Appointment of Auditor

Xianburg Data Systems Canada Corporation (TSX VENTURE:XDS) (the "Company")
announces that it has appointed Manning Elliott LLP, Chartered Accountants, as
auditors of the Company, following the resignation of Thompson Penner & Lo LLP.
The appointment of Manning Elliott LLP was considered and approved by the Audit
Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company.
