MISSISSAUGA, ON, Sept. 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of September 2012.  The distribution will be payable on October 15, 2012 to unitholders of record as at September 28, 2012.
