The market has gone up over 1,,000 points in the last week and COOP has done virtually nothing. AND I don't believe gaps MUST be filled. It's not a law. And instead of buying back shares, why don't they use the money to expand the company? IMO

Yeah I will be voting for the deal if nothing better comes along. NXDT also trades at a huge discount to NAV. So getting about 50-60% of NAV is probably a good deal considering the circumstances. I don't think Nexpoint and Dondero will let us have the full 100% if they were in control of this thing
