Item 5.02.	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 5, 2024, Yum China Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Initial 8-K") with the Securities and Exchange Commission to report the appointment of Mikel A. Durham to the Company's board of directors (the “Board”). As of the filing of the Initial 8-K, the Committee assignments for Ms. Durham had not been determined.

The Initial 8-K is hereby amended solely to report that, on September 20, 2024, the Board appointed Ms. Durham to serve on the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective on that date.
