No surprise that SSW now has 5 straight quarters of strong positive cash flow generation. SSW mgmt continues to de-leverage, and also take advantage of good M&A opportunities ... increasing size of fleet, etc.
BoA analysts recently increased their P/T by 7.5 % ... now at $14.00
Since the big dividend cut in 2017, the cash dividend has held steady.
Though overall debt level is still high, I'm wondering if SSW might consider a (slight) dividend increase in 2020 ? ( Dividend yield is starting to lag, compared to SSW peers. )
Or, maybe mgmt has to hit a certain "leverage improvement target" before they consider a dividend raise, maybe in 2021 ?
SSW is a strong long-term hold for me.

That ties into the Asset value. David is creating a asset driven company while reducing the debt. Decided not to trim yet. 3rd Q should be stellar.

We have established a conservative P/P of $14.75 by the mid to end of the 4th qtr. SSW will be in a great position after the tariffs are lifted during the first qtr. of 2020.(wait and see) Obvious big $$$ potential here.

You’re a smart man. We know Trump is going to close the deal as as means to help his results in the election. It’s just a Matter of time but most likely not until the end of the year.
