PagBank Announces US$100.0 million in Share Repurchases Since August 2024
São Paulo, December 2, 2024 – PagBank (PagSeguro Digital Ltd. – NYSE: PAGS), the complete digital bank offering financial services and payments solutions, announces that since August 2024, it has repurchased in the open market outstanding Class A common shares, for a total consideration of US$100.0 million, pursuant to its share repurchase programs.
