(b) On September 22, 2021, Paul Sternlieb, the Company’s Executive Vice President, President Protein, notified the Company that he intends to resign from his current position effective October 7, 2021 to pursue another opportunity. Additionally, on September 24, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Sternlieb’s resignation and related succession decisions. This press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
