CHICAGO, Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JBT Corporation (NYSE: JBT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its third quarter 2010 cash dividend of $0.07 per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on September 17, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 27, 2010.
