Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 8, 2021, fuboTV Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing of the Acquisition (as defined below). The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Item 8.01. Other Events.

On December 6, 2021, the Company completed the previously announced acquisition (the “Acquisition”) of Molotov SAS, a Société Par Actions Simplifiée organized under the laws of France. At closing, the Company has acquired Molotov SAS for €112.4 million (approximately $126.6 million using the foreign currency exchange rate as of December 6, 2021) in a combination of €24.7 million in cash and 5.7 million shares of common stock of the Company.
