Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of First Horizon Corporation will be held on April 23, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time in the Auditorium of the First Horizon Building, M-Level Auditorium, 165 Madison Avenue, Memphis, TN 38103.
