FCRZ now shows up as another company. What’s up with that??

Thats a very smart move aqua. I made the move away from this market back in 2007 and have never done better for my portfolio. Just happened to have some freebies of FCRZ in one of my accts.

I'm really sorry to hear about your loss. These pk CEOs will lie through their teeth to get you to buy their stock.

This is total BS! I can't believe that my FCRZ portfolio went from $53,000 to Zero. I no longer trust pink sheet CEO's. I think I stick with buying Nasdaq/NYSE stocks only from now on.

You can claim it as a worthless security and take the loss (technically, you need a letter from your broker indicating "no bid"). If the shares then ever come back to life (once in a blue moon this might happen) your basis would be 0 going forward.

Or--ask your broker to do a "courtesy sale" for you. Sometimes they will "sell" (actually remove the shares from your account) for just a commission or partial commission. In this case you have an actual transaction to support the claimed loss.

Unfortunately I have had some experience with this :(

so how does this work now, as far as tax implications go? Can you claim the cost basis for your shares as a total loss (even though you technically haven't sold)?

For 2 days only...I have a large buy order in at .002 in case anyone out there wants to sell out. Hard telling what will happen with the stock. Either this shell will eventually be used or become revoked. Hopefully it will be used.

FCRZ is still trading...its just that no one is buying or selling right now. I think the stock would be trading more if people knew what the bid/ask was. The only real way to find that out is to put in a test buy/sell order to see what it goes through at.

You are correct, FCRZ Not revoked.The group of stocks when FCRZ was halted in June, only NOBLE is revoked.

I was able to put in a buy order for FCRZ just now but wasn't able to for LBTF (noble group holdings) so I think its safe to say that FCRZ didn't get suspended today.

the fact that FCRZ was traded today could validate your words, but sometimes SEC use only ONE revoked entity for the group, whatever let`s see the future.

No that is not correct. Noble Group holdings was the only one from that list that got revoked. Unless someone has additional info to prove otherwise.

I got a fill at .0205 for selling 2000 shares (of the 64,800 I bought the other day at .0002!).

So - I have a profit of $19 after commissions, and still hold 62,800 "free shares".

Gotta love it!

On grey's there is not a way to get an accurate bid/ask. The best you can do is put in a test sell or buy to see what executes...

Do you know if there is a way to get the bid/ask info? Looks like the ask is .0099 (yesterday anyways) but wish I knew what the bid was.

i dont think so. their in much higher. selling .0002 is just not worth it.

lol. I'm sure there will be people selling soon on fears about the stock getting revoked. I tried calling David again but didn't get a hold of him. I still have faith as long as the stock doesn't get revoked. Willing to take my chances with this one.

Yes, I got filled at .0002. Subsequently there was a trade at .0099, just under a penny.

It does not look like there is an active market but I would be glad to sell at .0205, where the bid was all of last week, given the chance. :)

It just started trading again. I don't think there were many buy orders at the open so the "market" sell that happened this morning took place at .0002 since that was the lowest bid at the time.
Its good that it is still trading IMO. Many of the other stocks I own that got suspended by the SEC for 10 days (like FCRZ did) ended up getting revoked. CMKX, COBN, MYRL, just to name a few, are all stocks that never traded again after being halted.

Wow, I wasn't expecting that. My FCRZ position went from ~$53,000 to ~$260 I'm not giving up hope...yet. I have a buy order above the current price so hopefully someone will sell me some. Might as well do some dollar cost averaging here.

Sometimes people clear out losers at the end of the month (end of QUARTER today too) just to not see them any more.

Also, some brokerages will let people exceed margin limits intra-month, but require them to be square as of the statement date. While FCRZ is not itself marginable, it may have been held in a margin account and sold to raise cash. If the broker is doing a forced liquidation, they will often start with the junkiest stuff (pink sheets) and work their way up. They put no time into it, just dump at market.

Not uncommon at all to see micro-caps that have had some speculative buzz, but are now underwater for many, show significant price weakness the last couple days of the month. Lots of times there's a buzz to the effect of "next week we'll get that news", and it doesn't come. Such stocks are candidates for portfolio housecleaning for any number of reasons.

Any time the calendar gives people, in general, more urgency to sell than to buy (and that urgency is tied just to the calendar in some way as opposed to company fundamentals)--that's a good time to have a low ball order out there.

The big spread, and limited volume, in FCRZ of late also suggested that my stink bid might be the only oe out there if someone dropped a sell at market order in, or if a broker just started "purge selling" of a customer's junk to get them into margin compliance.

Well if this thing just so happens to turn around you'll be set! Why the last day of the month?

I got those at .0002! 64,800 shares. $13.68 plus commission.

I had a long standing "total stinko" bid out there and it got hit. Sometimes that happens the last day of the month. I have similar bids out there on 6-7 other stocks.

This is what I am hoping is happening. It just seems weird that David hasn't gotten back to me. He is normally very good about answering my calls. I will try to call him again Monday. Was going to try and call him this week but was too busy.

Maybe that is why he has been silent. He obviously can't tell stock holders anything if that were the case until it is released officially. It's good to think positive but his failure to file does send doubts my way.

It looks like tuesday 6/29 or wed 6/30 should be the day we start trading again. I think it's technically 6/29 11:59 pm so virtually 6/30 if I am correct. Anyway the one salvation we have is if David comes out with merger news before that time it could save this stock in a very big way. Should be interesting as we approach trading next week.

I am a realist Buddiee. Soothing words will not change the situation, so I call it as I see it. I'm quite disappointed at the turn of events, but will not sugarcoat what is going on with "maybes". Bottom line is what is really happening, not what we want to happen. I would like to have seen this story unfold successfully as I am a shareholder, but at this point, I see no catalyst to make it so. David should have kept the company updated with the SEC regardless of what people say he wanted the company to do.

Sorry if you don't like my analysis, but who knows- I may be wrong. I have been before.
