EFT Eaton Vance Floating Rate Income Trust

BOSTON, May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Eaton Vance Management, the Boston-based investment adviser, announced the monthly distributions declared on the common shares of two of its closed-end bank loan funds (the "Funds"). As portfolio and market conditions change, the rate of future distributions may change. The distributions are expected to be paid on May 29, 2009, to shareholders of record on May 22, 2009. The ex-date is May 20, 2009. The distribution per share for each Fund is as follows: Distribution Fund Per Share Eaton Vance Floating-Rate Income Trust (NYSE:EFT) $0.067 Eaton Vance Senior Floating-Rate Trust (NYSE:EFR) $0.067 At this time the Funds believe that a portion of the May distributions may be comprised of amounts from sources other than net investment income.
