On May 10, 2010, Tyco International Ltd. (“Tyco”) issued a press release announcing the preliminary results of the merger consideration elections made by shareholders of Brink’s Home Security Holdings, Inc. (“BHS”) as to the form of merger consideration they wish to receive in connection with the acquisition of BHS by Tyco.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
