Item 8.01. Other Events.

On November 14, 2024, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.88 per share. The dividend is payable on January 3, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 13, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

NEW YORK, November 14, 2024 -- Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.88 per share. The dividend is payable January 3, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 13, 2024.
