Vitacost.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: VITC), a leading online retailer and direct marketer of health and wellness products, today announced that Ira Kerker, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, and Richard Smith, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the following two investor conferences in May 2010.

The Jefferies 6th Annual Global Internet, Media & Telecom Conference will be held in New York, NY and Vitacost.com's investor presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. EDT. The audio portion of the presentation will be webcast live, and a replay will be available until Tuesday, May 25, 2010 on the ‘Events’ portion of the Company’s Investor Relations’ website at http://investor.vitacost.com/events.cfm.

The Benchmark Company, LLC First Annual One-on-One Investor Conference will be held in Milwaukee, WI on Thursday, May 13, 2010. The conference format consists of a full day of one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and will not be webcast.
