Reports that they are considering selling.
Also they are in the process of restructuring.

I've owned this stock a long time and for years it grew briskly. In recent years it's staggered but appears to be working to diversify. They have expertise in several areas and that's expanding...if Trump doesn't tromp us.
Sure hope that pays off.

Credit Suisse reiterated its buy rating on Parexel. Stock's trading @ 25% discount:

Hi June:
Yup; i bought on an early Motley Fool recommendation.
They were irreverent , humble and informative then and i did quite well with PRXL and ISRG thanks to them.
Unfortunately, they've become pretty much what they used to sneer at.

I have also have owned this ticker for years and only wish I had purchased more..great issue

This board is obviously moribund; but iv'e held PRXL for a bunch of years , buying in at around $10, and it's treated me very well in the long run.
I only wish my other holdings did as well!
Don't ignore this stock!

6:02AM PAREXEL announces that it has completed a large and complex pharmacogenetics-based early phase study (PRXL) 23.88 : Co announces that it has completed a large and complex pharmacogenetics-based early phase study. The study was conducted in a healthy volunteer population of poor metabolizers of Cytochrome P450 2D6, an important enzyme involved in the metabolism of drugs. The study monitored the QTc interval following administration of a neurological treatment, which has been shown to have a higher drug exposure in poor metabolizers of CYP2D6.
