About what I expected. I think it was just to protect against listing requirements under $1.00

It’s comforting to know that they have approved plenty of buy back money to safeguard against the SP going out of compliance.

As of the 16th of January they have not bought any shares. I have not seen anything since that date, that indicates they have started.

One person said back on the 6th the company did buyback some shares, but I'm not so sure.

Same group that ran up FCUV did the same with NXPL. This was being promoted on Reddit and other forums, I got the alert and took advantage of two short interest flips this week in an effort to regain some losses after that ugly RS that Fernandez screwed us with.

Over two and a half years and CEO has yet to formally address shareholders on what his plan is for RXMD merger. SMH
