NEW YORK, Nov. 14, 2013
/PRNewswire/ -- American Woodmark Corp. (NASD: AMWD) will
replace Nash-Finch Co. (NASD: NAFC) in the S&P SmallCap 600
after the close of trading on Tuesday,
November 19. S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Spartan Stores
Inc. (NASD: SPTN) is acquiring Nash-Finch in a deal expected to be
completed soon pending final approvals.
American Woodmark manufactures and distributes kitchen cabinets
and vanities. Headquartered in Winchester, VA, the company will be added to
the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification
Standard) Building Products Sub-Industry index.
