MECK HAS RESUMED TRADAING!!!!!!!!!!! $MECK

It is a shame. I bet their inside bitcoin shows are really taking off now too. I am really tempted to sue and shut down the group that recently tried to pump MECK. It was purely illegal. This is the reason the SEC suspended the stock and it is now on the grey sheets.

Its a shame since they are now making 3D printing pens - the market is spilling with ideas and usage of 3D printing

and lots of companies could use the share structure as a shell is they wanted

He would to be able to write off many millions of dollars so I think he will probably have his broker sell out to write off the loss.
I have thought about putting in a 2 million buy order in at .001 for fun. Doubt it would fill but if it did I would cancel the dissolution and try to get it back to pink sheets again.
It's more of a dream at this point.

Curious if Alan files so he can try to recoup the value of shares - it wouldn't cost much to make money back by filing

SEC Registered stocks that are suspended are allowed to trade on the Grey Market until the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes the company's stock registration. Revocation can happen quickly by DEFAULT if a company does not contest the Admin Proceeding, whereas companies that contest the Admin Proceeding can trade for months until the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes the company's registration.

You mentioned that Mecklermedia Corp. is a dissolved corporation so it is not likely the company will contest the revocation, which means MECK will likely be revoked quickly.

Mecklermedia Corp. the company can survive or dissolve on its own merits, but the SEC will revoke the company's public stock registration due to the company not filing Financials.

All public SEC Registered companies must comply with SEC listing requirements so there is nothing any aggrieved shareholder can do to remedy the company's failures to file Financials.

Can't believe MECK got suspended. It is required by DE law that this can't die till March of 2019 (3 years after the dissolution was filed). Do you by any chance know the best way to contact the sec about this would be? They need to resume trading when the 10 days are up. All the other ones are Nevada stocks so they will probably get deleted since they don't have the laws that Delaware has.

A giant robot can now 3D print a building.
Researchers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology have created a robotic system that built the basic structure of a building in less than 14 hours. The dome-like structure is 50 feet in diameter and 12 feet high.
The prototype is essentially a vehicle with a large industrial robotic arm for reach, and a smaller arm for dexterity. Different tools can be attached to the smaller arm, such as a welding system or a spray head that shoots out building materials like foam.
"With this process, we can replace one of the key parts of making a building, right now. It could be integrated into a building site tomorrow," said Steven Keating, co-author of a paper published in the journal "Science Robotics."

The bad thing is that since it was illegal for that group to promote the stock, it caused it to go Caveant empire on pink sheets. That only causes the stock to drop. It was illegal because the promoter mentioned all the businesses they USED to run. The last or says that they liquidated all assets.

Answering your question about bid and ask. When placing order with spread so wide, .041 and .065, u can go in between say... .054. If a seller is wanting to get out at that price, they will sell too you. If want the stock asap,then set your buy at the ask at full price. .065. Good luck my friend

I wish they wouldn't have pumped it. Looks like the company would have to start reporting to have it removed correct?

It's posted on the OTC Caveat Emptor list.I got a pump email Fri morning. I suspect the SEC is watching these pumpers closely because of inaccurate information put out by them,hence the quick CE posting.
