Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 12, 2023 at 11:45 a.m. (Central Time), the Company is participating in Truist’s Texas Bank Summit in Dallas. The Company is also participating in the D.A. Davidson Eastern Bank Summit (Virtual) on December 13, 2023. The conferences are not being webcast. The investor presentation included as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K contains reference slides which will be used during these conferences. These slides provide select updated mid-quarter data.
