I emailed the company this morning. Will let you know if they respond.

I am not expecting the company to release financials for entire 2023.

But at least file the last 3Q

Hopefully their revenue is still decent so we can push up to $5 a share

November 15, 2023 we should have received 3rd Q financials cause they trade on Nasdaq

Not exactly sure though. I am just guessing

Bro… their end of year financials is December 31, 2023.

PR released in September confirmed that end of fiscal was December 3, 2022

You will always have those people that owned a small position and just wanted a small loss for tax purposes

This doesn’t mean there is something wrong with the company

Hmmm not a bad idea but stocks trading below book like this one just don't fit the criteria for tax loss selling as opposed to a dumpster fire with no hope of coming back for a long time or ever. One good pr and we shoot north in a minute here 🤷🏻‍♂️

Based on 2022 net earnings & EPS and comparing them to another ticker with similar OS, earnings and 1/2 the EPS, I believe we are undervalued

I am holding for the Market correction
