Icahn Proposes Dell Self-Tender 1.1 Billion Shares for $14/Share Plus One Warrant -CNBC

Carl Icahn as expected on Friday sweetened his offer for Dell
Inc. (DELL), CNBC reported. Under his proposal Dell would
self-tender 1.1 billion shares of Dell stock in exchange for $14 a
share plus one warrant for four shares, CNBC said.
Each warrant would entitle stockholders for a period of seven
years to purchase a share of Dell for $20, the report said. The
total value, according to Carl Icahn, would be $15.50 to $18 a
share, CNBC said.
