With the announcement today of Dell Tech Concierge, Dell
becomes the only PC company to provide personalized, ongoing
preventative care for any Windows PC and connected device in the
home. Starting at just $0.66 a dayiii, this service is part of
Dell’s enhanced home services and solutions portfolio to help
people do more with their technology.
Buying a laptop, desktop or tablet is the easy part. Ensuring
they work with other devices and electronics, keeping the
technology running at peak performance and making sure data is
backed up and safe can be another story. That’s why PC users are

and chat service that offers a premium level of continuous and
personalized technology care for any Windows PC and connected
devices such as routers, printers, music players, smart phones and
tablets – essentially anything in the home with an IP address that
