Now is not the time for most OTC companies to bother with PR's unless they are pushed into doing so. Yea, they can get a day or two worth of volume but not enough to pop it for 200%.
This is why we need the OTC to come back into play. The reason we're in stocks is to make $$$$$$. No other reason and we need excitement even if its pure BS.

Nice to meet you. Your question is difficult to answer because the Market has been brutal towards micro-cap biotechs. If they get good news from the FDA about one of their drugs currently being studied then that could send it back over $1.00 but a total crap shoot.
