If you have good news and you suspect a hit piece is coming a halt makes sense. The hit piece comes out and the market can't react. The good news comes out and the market has a chance to digest both pieces of information before it reacts.

I've rarely heard such nonsense. Which success-oriented company doesn't attach any importance to its finances? Let's not kid ourselves. The company is on the ground because of the miserable management. Finding excuses like COVID, etc. for this is just ridiculous.

Perhaps you could help me understand how the shorts managed to get the SP back down. Was it just a break because the overall markets moved down? Did they actively do something to pressure the SP down.? If so how did they do that without giving up profits from the short at the higher price.
