Anne E. Bomar Named Dominion East Ohio Senior Vice President & General Manager

CLEVELAND, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Anne E. Bomar has been
named senior vice president and general manager of Dominion East
Ohio, effective December 1. In that capacity, she will direct all
aspects of Dominion's Ohio natural gas distribution company,
including production, gathering, storage, distribution and
transmission assets. Bomar succeeds Bruce C. Klink, who is retiring
from Dominion East Ohio after 36 years, including the last two as
company president. Bomar brings better than 24 years of experience
in the natural gas industry to her new role. Most recently, she was
vice president and general manager at Dominion East Ohio. Bomar
joined Consolidated Natural Gas Company (CNG) in 1985, and has held
positions in corporate planning, gas procurement, rates and legal.
"Under Bruce Klink's leadership, Dominion East Ohio has undergone
much change in recent years, as we have built a safe, modern,
innovative natural gas utility and expanded on a foundation of
reliable, quality service for 1.2 million customers," said Gary
Sypolt, CEO of Dominion Energy, the company's natural gas unit.

and efficient." Born in Fairmont, W. Va., Bomar earned a bachelor's
degree in economics from Cornell University and a law degree from
the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and
Mary, where she was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif.
She is a member of the Energy Bar Association and the Virginia
State Bar, and until recently, she served on the board of directors
of the North American Energy Standards Board. In November, Bomar
was elected to the board of directors of the Greater Cleveland
Chapter of the American Red Cross. Dominion is one of the nation's
largest producers and transporters of energy, with a portfolio of
more than 27,500 megawatts of generation. Dominion operates the
