Stuttgart, Germany. opens at 8 AM it is now 9:30 AM. However, I can not tell if Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (NBYB.SG) is halted since it trades so thinly that it would not be unusual to have 0 volume right now.
How can you tell if a stock is halted on the Stuttgart exchange?

Still, that is a hefty premium. Don't recall the tariff on South Korea, which would affect Samsung's phones, though they might be made elsewhere.

lj: Arizona has very hot weather last week--high nineties some days. IMO, for part of the year, that area is inhospitable to man, but that doesn't stop people from retiring there, etc.
