Director/PDMR Shareholding
OPG (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power generation
plants in India, announces that a company controlled by Gupta's
family has sold 300,000 shares at 17.05 pence per share and another
company controlled by Gupta's family has purchased 300,000 shares
at 17.25 pence per share. As a result of these transactions the
Gupta family's shareholding in OPG remained unchanged at
206,642,166 ordinary shares (51.57% of total issued OPG's share
capital).
