OPG Power Ventures plc (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power generation plants in India, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30 am on 30 November 2020 at FIM Capital Limited, 55 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1LA. Notice of the meeting has been sent to shareholders. The Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available for access on the financial information page within the investor relations section of the website at http://www.opgpower.com .

We would like to draw your attention to the current guidance regarding Covid-19 and the travel restrictions into the Isle of Man and we recommend that you should not attempt to physically attend the Annual General Meeting. Instead, we recommend that you vote by proxy.

The Company also announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 ("FY20") have now been published on the Company's website at www.opgpower.com/investors/results .
