Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Afentra plc ('Afentra' or the 'Company') advises that it has
today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the
year ended 31 December 2022, together with the Notice of the
Company's Annual General Meeting. The Annual Report and Financial
Statements and Notice of AGM can be found on the Company's website
at www.afentraplc.com .
The Annual General Meeting will be held electronically on
https://web.lumiagm.com on 20 June 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
The Company will be operating an electronic voting system that
will allow Shareholders to cast their vote on the Resolutions in
advance of the Annual General Meeting. Shareholders will be able to
cast their vote electronically by logging on to
www.signalshares.com and following the instructions or using the
CREST Proxy voting services.
