Issue and exercise of unapproved share options



On the 23rd July 2003, certain employees of Savoy exercised options granted
under an unapproved share option scheme over 413,000 ordinary Savoy shares, at
an option exercise price of 10p per share.  Application has been made for these
shares to be admitted to listing on the London Stock Exchange.
