Kensington close period repurchase programme

Kensington Group plc ("Kensington" or the "Company") announces that the Company 
has entered into an irrevocable and non-discretionary arrangement with it's 
broker, Citigroup, to repurchase on its behalf and within certain pre-set 
parameters, ordinary shares in Kensington for cancellation during the close 
period commencing on 1 December 2003. This arrangement is in accordance with 
Chapter 15 of the Listing Rules and Kensington's general authority to repurchase 
shares.
