Image Scan Holdings plc, a leading provider of multi-view, 3D X-ray imaging 
technologies for the security and industrial inspection markets, announces that 
Simon Godber, the company's Technical Director, was today granted options over 
20,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 51.5p per share. The options were 
granted under the company's new Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) scheme. 
Simon Godber now holds options over a total of 80,000 ordinary shares.
