Diversified Security Solutions' Subsidiary, Henry Brothers Electronics, Announces $600,000 Contract with Presbyterian Hospital of Denton Henry Brothers Installs Integrated Security System for Newly Constructed Hospital SADDLE BROOK, N.J., June 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diversified Security Solutions, Inc. (AMEX:DVS), announced today that Henry Bros. Electronics (HBE) has been awarded a $600,000 contract to install an integrated security system in Presbyterian Hospital of Denton in Denton, Texas. The newly constructed $100 million facility opened in April 2005 and is the largest private investment in Denton's history. As part of the contract, Henry Brothers is furnishing and installing an integrated security system, which includes card access control equipment and digital video recording systems manufactured by its strategic partner, Lenel Systems International. Presbyterian Hospital of Denton is a joint venture between Texas Health Resources and Triad Hospitals, Inc (NYSE:TRI). The two organizations are also working on renovating the existing hospital facility to upgrade the security infrastructure with the continued support of Henry Brothers under this contract. The renovation project is scheduled to be completed by the first of December 2005.
