I was recently asked by a buddy who I told about S7 about a year ago how it was going.
I said they have a product that allows for speed at a lower cost thru energy savings ,but they are having a tough time selling it.

Management must be quite frustrated. I believe they had hoped for market reaction to the news, instead it is percieved as a non event. They clearly have lost all shareholder trust. Its revenue or nothing now, the new guy is the same as the old guy....

Historically, high volume with price going down (ie. sell-off) precedes PP. So I expect an announcement soon.

I'd say this doesn't necessarily mean this translates to bad news for S7s growth potential, in that it's got no where to go but up or die on the vine.

The next question is - How much dilution - if they ask for money before announcing the revenue number - look for something like 100 million shares @ ?

Tencent has new data center plans for Indonesia ($500 million) and Saudi ($150 mil) - How much of that is Spectra7... It is likely one of these that are related.
