Anyone else here remember the fake buyout scam Thresher tried to pull way back when?

They acted all serious and said their legal team was reviewing the offer, and it looked OK... but it turned out to be nothing more than an unsolicited blurry fax from some mystery entity in Dubai?

I owned about twelve million shares of THRR. I held it for about eight years. It seemed dead so I dumped all of it to jump on another train. Some of you longs (VERY LONG) may have remembered the merger/conference call that was supposed to be explosive. It was total BS and a lot of us lost our arz. They did a R/S and the value went in the crapper. Somebody else here was discussing the CEO, Tom Flessner, and the Tesla lawsuit.

Just FYI: Tom Flessner is still CEO of Thresher Industries. He holds two patents, (6098700) and (5865238). Tom is an engineer and is currently 74 years old. He was fired from Tesla in 2016. I tried to find out anything related to Tom and what he's doing today with no luck.

Physically, the Thresher factory is still in place in California but is occupied by another company. I'm watching this stock again and it seems to have developed a pretty solid "bottom". Today is looking very good. These are long time highs and it looks like it's a sleeper to most....nobody's watching it.

Don't know what is up, but I'm getting back in the game. If I end up chasing it, I'm gonna be kicking my ass for a long time. A lot of players dumped after the R/S. GLTA

Loving the accumulation here and that 0015-0017 base area being built. DD is very interesting with CEO being a #Casting #engineer and an ex TSLA employee who won a lawsuit against them. I’ll be loading these areas as more DD/catalysts emerge
