Has anyone talked to the CEO or his lawyer Turner? I tried to call Turner a month or two ago, he didn't answer and I left a message....no call back. I'd like to just ask him about the mental health of his client, and if he plans to ever file again...etc. Anyone ever talk to him? Thanks.

If he does he'll want all his 100K per month stipend for of course doing NOTHING. It will total $4 MILLION on 4/1/25.

And...most likely if someone else buys it they'll jack up the AS and dilute the HELL of the stock to get their 4M back and just like Willy make a load of empty promises to do so.

1. The Q2 financial (filed two months late) STILL hasn't been corrected in the "Statement of Operations".
2. You still haven't filed the Q3 financial which was DUE in November. No notice of late filing on OCT Markets either.
3. Your attorney letter for the Annual financial was almost SEVEN MONTHS late.

I'm guessing that the other filings are in the works. It looks like he's trying to get the company off of the ground, because of the line of credit available. If he's getting a frozen dinner business going, it may take some time for it to bloom. There may be sales ($$$) in the first quarter. An update would be nice to know. I hope he's not playing a shell game using JADA for tax relief on another business or businesses, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt though. IMO.
