ActiveCore Technologies Signs Agreement for Investor Relations with
AGORA TORONTO, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ActiveCore
Technologies, Inc. (OTC:TALL) (BULLETIN BOARD: TALL) announced
today that it has retained the services of AGORA Investor Relations
Corp. to provide investor relations, communications and marketing
services. Brian MacDonald, Chairman of ActiveCore said, "The
objective of the agreement with AGORA is to build effective and
frequent communication between ActiveCore, its shareholders and the
investment community as ActiveCore grows its investor base and
executes its plan to migrate to a senior stock exchange. AGORA's
powerful Internet based investor relations system provides a
customized and monitored on-line information and discussion center.
It is also our first step toward building a new name for what was
formerly IVP Technology under the soon to be approved ActiveCore
Technologies corporate name. We believe that the shareholders will
approve the name change at the company's AGM to be held in Miami on
November 29, 2004." The AGORA on-line system will allow both the
Company and AGORA to communicate with all investors simultaneously,
anytime and in real-time, while providing shareholders with equal
access and complete transparency to all investor relations
communications. Effective immediately, shareholders can access the
on-line discussion and information center by going to
http://www.agoracom.com/ and selecting the "ActiveCore" Information
and Discussion Forum. AGORA will also take on an advisory role by
creating, implementing and executing an investor relations
strategy, responding to investor queries via the web and e-mail and
maintaining the Company's shareholder database. ActiveCore will
gain significant amounts of exposure to potential new shareholders
as a result of AGORA's targeted small-cap audience at both its own
proprietary financial portal and that of The AOL Small-Cap Center.
AGORA is the exclusive provider of all small-cap content to The AOL
Small-Cap Center. Brian MacDonald, Chairman of the Board commented,
"Given the exceptional results of our latest financials, which is
the start of a pattern of quarter over quarter growth, we felt the
time was right to put a strong emphasis on investor relations for
the purposes of communicating our activities to both our
shareholders and the investment community at large. AGORA fulfils
our need to manage and execute our investment relations in a cost
efficient manner. We also believe that AGORA will be able to use
our ActiveCast and ActivePortal product sets to enable other public
companies to access their investor bases more effectively. We will
be exploring with AGORA the use of our products to assist other
companies to rapidly communicate with their constituencies." About
