WARSAW--Poland's largest fuel refiner, PKN Orlen SA (PKN.WA), is always interested in buying gas stations and will look at a chain of Polish self-service stations that Finnish oil refiner Neste Oil Oyj (NES1V.HE) is considering selling, Chief Financial Officer Slawomir Jedrzejczyk said Thursday.

He said that from PKN Orlen's point of view, it would be important for the locations of the Neste stations to allow the construction of small grocery stores that are typical of Orlen stations.

The sale of non-fuel products, like snacks and alcohol, has been a profitable strategy for PKN Orlen stations in recent years.
