                              Directorate Changes

Zeehan Zinc is pleased to announce the appointment of Yuewen Zheng and Tad
Ballantyne to the board of directors. In conjunction with the above appointments
and in recognition and support of Creat Group Co., Ltd ("Creat Group")'s
commitment to the Company, Michael Roberts, Brian Caffyn and Nicholas Wrigley
have resigned from the Board, effective from 16 March 2008 in order to allow Dr
Zheng and Mr Ballantyne to assume the roles of chairman and non-executive
director respectively.

The Board is also pleased to announce that existing board member, Mr Xiaojian
Ren, has, with immediate effect, been appointed to the executive role of
Managing Director.

Dr Zheng is the founder of Creat Group and has worked in several major Chinese
governmental organisations including the Ministry of Railways and the State
Bureau of Seismology. He is Vice President of the All-China General Chamber of
Industry and Commerce, Vice President of the China Non-Governmental Science &
Technology Entrepreneurs Association. He has a PhD in Finance and a Bachelors
degree in Finance and Economics.

Mr Ballantyne has a track record of successfully doing business in China and the
United States. During the past 20 years Mr Ballantyne has been in the business
of acquiring and operating troubled companies or assets being divested by public
or private companies. He is currently a director to a number of public companies
listed on the NASDAQ or OTC Bulletin Board, listed among his directorships
below. Mr Ballantyne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management
from the University of Wisconsin.


Commenting on the new appointments Ralph Rossouw, CEO of Zeehan Zinc said:

shareholder of Texas Steel.
