   Emblaze-VCON signs distribution agreement with Pinnacle AV Solutions South
Africa for the exclusive distribution of its video conference product range for
                                     Africa

 New distribution agreement expected to open the doors to new markets in Africa

Zone-IP Ltd announces that its subsidiary, Emblaze-VCON, a leading provider of
video communications technologies and conferencing solutions for government
agencies, operators, broadcasters and corporate enterprise markets over IP
networks, has signed a distribution agreement with Pinnacle AV Solutions South
Africa, a JSE listed nation-wide IT distributor, for the exclusive distribution
of its video conference range of products.

Under the agreement, Pinnacle AV Solutions South Africa will market, distribute
and support Emblaze-VCON's full line of products, including the xPointTM,
VCBproTM and the leading desktop client vPointTM, to qualified resellers.
Pinnacle AV Solutions has offices throughout South-Africa and the African
Continent.
