West Pioneer Properties Limited (AIM:WPR), announces that it was informed that on 2 March 2011, Bridgewell Company Limited purchased a total of 250,000 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 23 pence per share.

Bridgewell Company Limited is owned by Safeload Investment Inc. ("Safeload"). Following this transaction, Safeload, which is owned by a brother of Amit Jatia (Chairman of the Company), is now beneficially interested in 1,918,750 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.40 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
