Acquisition of Properties


The Westbury Property Fund announces the completion of the acquisition of two
properties, for a cash consideration of approximately #4.4m, from Halladale
Group plc.


The acquisition comprises two town centre retail units in Swindon and Staines.
The properties have been acquired on a net initial yield of 7.2%. This
acquisition is in line with the Westbury Property Fund objective to have a
diversified and regionally balanced commercial property portfolio let to good
covenants on long leases.
