Death of Peter Dickson

It is with deep sadness that the Board of The Westbury Property Fund Limited
(the "Company") announces the death of Peter Dickson, a Non-Executive director
of the Company.

Peter was a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Prior to his
association with the Company, Peter had been CEO and later Chairman of Yates
Group, leading its flotation in 1994. He was Deputy Chairman of Pochin's Plc,
Chairman of Portland Hotels and a co-founder of The Medical Property Investment
Fund Limited.

We shall miss him greatly and extend our sympathy to his family at this very sad
time.
