The Westbury Property Fund acquires stake in Mid-City Place, High Holborn,
London WC1


The Westbury Property Fund ('the Fund') has acquired a 19.5% stake in Mid City
Place from clients of Delancey for approximately #10 million, reflecting an
underlying yield of 6%. Mid City Place is a prime office and retail development
located on the north side of High Holborn, London WC1.


The property comprises 350,000 sq ft of prime office and retail accommodation,
and is let to 11 tenants on 15 leases.  The tenants include Towers Perrin, EDF
Trading and Mitsubishi Corporation.


The Fund will be investing alongside clients of Delancey and the Insight
Foundation Property Trust Limited.
